Sunday Duathlon or Triathlon (8 30AM): 

International Individual: 90 000 UGX

Ugandan individual: 50 000 UGX

International team or family**: 150 000 UGX 

Ugandan team or family: 120 000 UGX

Kids (under 16): 30 000 UGX

Kids team: 50 000 UGX

Saturday Run (4PM):

10Km and 20Km  - for 14 years and older - only:

International and national participants: 50 000 UGX

local participants: 20 000 UGX

Elite runners (on invitation):

**Team or family entry consists either of 2 or 3 competitors.

YOU PAY AT THE EVENT 

We sponsor our partner SAINT4girls, a local CBO working with extremely vulnerable girls in Namuwongo and other slums in Kampala, to teach them self-defence,  support them in starting some small income generation activity, and do counselling for those who have been raped.  

HELMET IS COMPULSORY. IF YOU DONT HAVE A HELMET, YOU CAN RENT. WITHOUT HELMET NO PARTICIPATION.
