You can order your buffet lunch and dinner at Nabugabo. In the registration form you can indicate for how many persons.

The running and biking trail are beautiful and require no special skills, except you need to be a good swimmer to participate in the Triathlon. The short versions are do-able for beginners. For the medium version you need to be quite fit.
International individual: 110 000 UGX

You can pay at the event - cash or MM - against an additional 10,000 UGX per person.
With the proceeds of our event we support SAINT, a small, local CBO in Kampala. SAINT is the abbreviation of Sexual Abuse Is Not Tolerated. SAINT provides training in self-defence for extremely vulnerable girls in slums in Kampala. In case of sexual abuse, SAINT follows up with reporting and counselling. For every 40 USD SAINT can train 20 girls after school hours for one full week.
